Special Combined Event Fee and Lodging Cost

The Prosperos has arranged to rent the entire Buckhorn Springs facility, and our fees for the event include your lodging and most meals. This is different from past years and requires an unusual fee structure that we’ve outlined below. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

On-site at Buckhorn Springs

$450 per person, double occupancy, includes event fee, lodging, meals on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning, and ticket for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's production of The Tempest on Saturday night.. (Saturday night meal is on your own as we will be in town for the show.) Lodging is included.

$540 single occupancy.

Early Bird Rate (pay by July 15) :
$425 per person double occupancy
$515 single occupancy

Off-site at neighboring hotels

Class fee of $195 (add $30 for membership renewal) Sunday night annual banquet; ticket to The Tempest.
Lodging estimated at $125 per night (depends on hotel).
Day rate for three days, $45
Estimated meal charges each day, $75

 

Total estimated cost of food, lodging and event for two, not including travel : $900

Total estimated cost of food, lodging and event for two, not including travel : $1005

Reservations : Rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis. A $100 deposit is required to hold your space.
One-half of the total fee is due by July 15, and the balance is due by August 25.

EARLY BIRD RATE on class fee : $170 until July 15, 2007.
