QUESTION: Do you have too much stuff?

STORY: While I am not a hoarder, at the age of 77 I have to admit that I have a lot of stuff. Much of it is precious to me - and much of it I no longer need. My partner and I recently moved from Madison, Wisconsin to Tullahoma, Tennessee. A big move like this is turning into an opportunity for us to let go of stuff that we no longer need. I think that everyone could benefit greatly by moving every 5 years. Hah! Well, I am going to give many of my art books to a nearby school library or to a local art center and Cindy is going to give some of her nursing and holistic healing books to a nearby college. We all need to relax and look gently at our lives. There are many ways for us to cleanse ourselves of stuff; such as meditation, self observation and self remembering. Releasing the Hidden Splendour™ is a tool to cleanse yourself of emotional blockages like guilt, shame, rage, anxiety and it allows you to release the unconditional LOVE that is hidden deep within every emotional blockage. Exercise

STOP.

Sit quietly. Assume an erect posture.

Sense the breath.

Sit calmly and relax.

Look around and notice stuff you no longer need.

Get your pen and paper and write words or draw lines expressing you freeing yourself of an old emotional blockage.

Move forward into your day knowing the power is within you to free yourself from old stuff and to live your Soul’s true purpose.
