Mara Pennell, H.W.,m. is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She currently makes her home in Carthage, Missouri, where she lives with her partner Sandy and their two dogs. Mara first encountered The Prosperos as a young teenager; she returned to the school as an adult and received her High Watch degree in 2020. She currently serves on several committees and as High Watch President.
